Hot Meals on Wheels Information and advice service Befriending service Shopping and prescription service. Providing hot meals to isolated and vulnerable older people. Supporting older people with ongoing issues and concerns around welfare, benefits and access to other statutory and social services. Providing calls from one of our dedicated volunteers to offer reassurance and comfort. To also identify any additional health and wellbeing needs and refer and our professional support teams. Offering referral across to existing shopping support providers, offering prescription pick up and drop off services.
